Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop and teach theoretical and practical classes in accordance with the training program;
  • Create teaching materials and assessments adapted to the profile of trainees;
  • Motivate and engage students, ensuring effective and dynamic learning;​
  • Monitor trainees' progress and provide ongoing feedback;
  • Contribute to the updating and continuous improvement of program content.
  • Develop new training programs aligned with market demands and co-financing opportunities;
  • Participate in the creation and management of educational projects, from conception to implementation and monitoring of results.

Must have

  • Proven experience as a trainer or in relevant roles in the teaching field;
  • Mandatory Certificate of Pedagogical Skills (CCP);
  • Higher or technical education in the mentioned areas;
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work with diverse audiences;                       
  • Flexibility in class format (in-person, online or hybrid);
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Knowledge of technological tools for distance learning.

Good to have

  • Experience in distance learning.
  • Ability to work in a team and focus on results.
  • Fluent English and knowledge of other languages.
  • Familiarity with certifications and accreditations in training programs.
