Responsibilities

  • Issue invoices, receipts and financial documents.
  • Manage collections, negotiating deadlines and ensuring punctual payments.
  • Process payments to suppliers and track due dates.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain up-to-date financial records.
  • Support in the preparation of financial reports and cash flow control.
  • Ensure compliance with Portuguese tax and fiscal legislation.
  • Use financial management systems for daily operations.

Must have

  • Higher technical training in Accounting, Management or related areas.
  • Previous experience in similar roles in the financial sector.
  • Knowledge of invoice issuing and checkout tools.
  • Intermediate Excel (pivot tables and financial functions).
  • Familiarity with tax legislation in Portugal.
  • Intermediate or advanced English (oral and written).
  • Good organization, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Good to have

  • Experience with payment methods in Portugal.
  • Knowledge in automation of financial processes.
  • Ability to analyze financial KPIs.
