Responsibilities
- Issue invoices, receipts and financial documents.
- Manage collections, negotiating deadlines and ensuring punctual payments.
- Process payments to suppliers and track due dates.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain up-to-date financial records.
- Support in the preparation of financial reports and cash flow control.
- Ensure compliance with Portuguese tax and fiscal legislation.
- Use financial management systems for daily operations.
Must have
- Higher technical training in Accounting, Management or related areas.
- Previous experience in similar roles in the financial sector.
- Knowledge of invoice issuing and checkout tools.
- Intermediate Excel (pivot tables and financial functions).
- Familiarity with tax legislation in Portugal.
- Intermediate or advanced English (oral and written).
- Good organization, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Good to have
- Experience with payment methods in Portugal.
- Knowledge in automation of financial processes.
- Ability to analyze financial KPIs.
